Udder to Butter

The family cow was something that everyone relied on. It gave them milk, butter, cheese, and a range of other essentials. Today is the day to come join us as we look at and celebrate this animal’s contribution to Nova Scotia’s farming history.

It should be an utterly fun time at the farm. Help churn butter at 2:00 PM or try your hand at milking at 4:30 PM.
